Band Tournament

Our nationally recognized Band Tournament begins with our Audition Round in November and ends with our Finals Round in April.  For the 2011-12 season the band tournament’s Audition and Performance Rounds will take place at EPIC Event Center in Downtown Minneapolis (located at 110 North 5th Street, Minneapolis, MN 55403)

This year we will feature a new format for the 2011-12 season. We will be holding live closed auditions (Audition Round) in November 2011. Bands/Artists can register to audition for a spot in the tournament for only $25. If you are selected to advance from the Audition Round, there will be a tournament entry fee of $125 per band ($175 after Aug. 15). Your $25 registration fee will be applied towards the entry fee. Up to 24 bands will be selected to advance to the next round of the tournament (Performance Round), which starts in January. Registration is open and is on a first come, first served basis!

Available categories include Rock, Hard, Urban, and Pop.
